Payment & Delivery Terms

Payments

  • When you complete your order, the amount will be charged to your credit/debit card immediately.

  • In case of order cancellation or stock issues, refunds will be processed back to your card within 8–10 business days.

  • If the payment system fails to complete the transaction, you will be notified on the checkout page.

  • Confirmation of your email address is required, and an automatic confirmation email will be sent once the order is placed.

  • We are responsible to our customers, as well as to the bank providing the card processing system, to ensure that payments and deliveries are properly fulfilled.


Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all available items on the same day.

  • For products requiring additional sourcing, the dispatch time is up to 3 business days (this will be specified on the product page).

  • Once dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. For international orders, delivery may take 10–15 days.

  • Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

  • Orders are shipped via our courier partners (Royal Mail, Hermes, or equivalent logistics providers depending on the region).

  • Alternative delivery arrangements can be discussed with our customer service team.


Delivery Tracking

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, our team will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

  • You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Important Notice

  • Upon receiving your parcel, please check the package in the presence of the delivery representative.

  • If you notice any damage, request the courier to record this in a damage report and refuse to accept the package.

  • Once you have signed for the parcel, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled their duty.

  • If your item is damaged, please send us the damage report as soon as possible. We will then initiate an investigation and arrange for a replacement or redelivery.

  • Including a short explanation of the reason for return in your email will help us process your request more efficiently.
